Test Execution status for User Stories

TestSpell - BDD & Cucumber for Jira shows the execution test status against each User Story for acceptance tests.  Test status for the scenario can be updated on the user story itself. 

Step 1: The initial value of the test status will be "Not Run". It can be updated for the scenario when the manual test has been run.  The test status can be set to "In progress", "Passed", "Failed".
